Surgical operating MICROSCOPE
While root canals can be completed using loupes with a magnification level of 2-4x or even the naked eye, at Carepoint Endodontics we practice with surgical operating microscopes powered to a level of 20x. This leads to better outcomes for our patients.
3-D IMAGING (CBCT)
Our practice utilizes state-of-the-art cone-beam CT (computed tomography) that produces a 3-dimensional rendering of the teeth and supporting structures with minimal radiation. This enhances visualization of teeth, bone, sinuses and surrounding structures enabling a level of anatomical accuracy and patient care not possible with 2-D technologies alone (regular dental x-rays).
This technology allows Dr. Haybarger to individually plan his access into each tooth and leads to enhanced diagnosis and conservation of valuable tooth structure.
